DIRP was initiated in the 1974 in the United Arab Emirates and is one of the enterprising companies under the flagship of the Almoosa Group. The organisation has been at the forefront to develop innovative solutions in composites for the architectural marine and water storage sectors. DIRP has developed in every aspect over the years into the most respected manufacturer of Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP), Glass Reinforced Cement (GRC) and Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) products in the gulf region today. Catering to the contruction & civil engineering industry, DIRP can provide a complete package of design, production & installation.

The company has been continuously investing in new product development, investigating novel material applications and efficient production techniques. For DIRP, quality has always been to exacting international standards and has now been reinforced by development of a full ISO 9001:2000 complaint Quality Management System which is spearheaded by a force of 200 dedicated & expienced personnel both in the management and production lines.

Since 1974, DIRP has grown to occupy a modern and well equipped production facilities in the ramool area of Rashidiya, Dubai, occupying 16,050 square meters of infrastructure comprising of production plants and a corporate office.

DIRP is a major OEM and parts supplier to several international manufacturing companies. DIRP has developed long term partnerships & associations with these international companies through a policy of supplying consistently high quality fully engineered complex products at competitive pricing with prompt delivery. In addition, several clients utilize DIRP’s advanced engineering and design capabilities to develop new and innovative products for their indigenous markets.
